Carli's vast knowledge of the area, from waterfront to recreational properties, makes her a wonderful asset in providing any information you may need during your buying and selling experience.  Carli Navin was born and raised in Waupaca and attended college at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. She obtained her degree in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate. Following graduation, Carli moved back to Waupaca to be close to her family. Carli loves her hometown and all the beautiful sights it has to offer. Carli obtained her real estate license in the Spring of 2017.

Carli grew up in an old farmhouse in the country and has a strong appreciation for the small town rural lifestyle that Waupaca offers.  She is an outdoor enthusiast and can show you the lesser known trails and activities around the area. When she is not working, you can be sure to find her paddle boarding, kayaking, or boating on the beautiful Chain O’ Lakes, or hiking at Hartman Creek State Park and other nearby trails. Carli is not afraid to get her hands dirty, walk a forty, or cast a line!

Carli is a volunteer for the Alliance for the Great Lakes program where she helps to conserve and protect the beautiful Great Lakes. Carli also volunteers at Ruby’s Pantry in Waupaca. Carli also works across the street at Waypoint Financial as a Client Service Specialist, keeping her Finance degree sharp.
